History 

Stefania is a small producer involved in the production of specialty coffees in the Ilicínea region. Married for 13 years to Isaque, she has two children, Gustavo and Mateus.
Isaque, Stefania's husband, is the third generation of coffee growers in the family. Together they grow coffee in the mountain region, with all manual production, in which they work with the family from management to post-harvest.
Every year, she accompanies her husband's hard work, but until then she had not really entered this special universe of coffee. But in 2019 she decided to follow more closely all coffee processes and every day she is more passionate about the art of making coffee and wants to continue to seek more and more knowledge, through courses and also following the processes that will be done post-harvest..
