History
Fazenda Santa Hedwirges - SH Coffees has over 90 years of history and tradition in the production of differentiated coffees. The art of producing quality coffees has been passed down from father to son and incorporated by each of the collaborators. The commitment to sustainable, ethical and quality production is always growing and brings with it a significant improvement in the quality of life of employees and everyone involved in the processes. It has 4 independent production centers, thus presenting different microclimates, altitudes, varieties and processes. The commitment to quality ranges from the choice of varieties to a modern and efficient post-harvest. A rigorous traceability process guarantees food security and the final quality of the commercialized coffees, always aiming at consistent product deliveries.
Sustainable environmental practices are constantly implemented and evaluated, seeking to promote biodiversity in the field. Planting of native trees, sewage treatment and the correct use of pesticides are some of the actions taken to preserve the more than 350 hectares of green areas.
"We believe that tradition combined with new production technologies forms a sustainable link of great social, environmental and economic value".
