History 

Aurelio has been a coffee grower and agronomist since 1990. Right after graduating from college, Aurelio has already specialized in the production of specialty coffees. Since then he has helped other producers with consultancy in this area. Aurelio is always concerned with keeping up to date with news and technologies allied to the area. Aurélio always highlights the importance of monitoring each process in the coffee to ensure the good quality of the cup. Coffee is the family's highest source of income. Together with his wife Sylvia, they seek improvements in properties. Aurelio is increasingly dedicated to sustainable production and coffee quality at Fazenda Terras Altas.
