History
Eduardo is the third generation of coffee growers in his family. His grandparents always worked in the field and on the coffee plantations in the microregion of Areias, in the city of Ilicinea. Eduardo was always beside his grandparents and uncles, helping with the tasks of the coffee plantations, as well as helping with the manufacture of homemade sweets, typical of the region. Eduardo's parents did not continue to produce coffee, but Eduardo continued to help his grandparents. Recently, after his grandmother's death, the property was divided among the children. Eduardo and his parents were left with the headquarters of the farm and some coffee plantations. In addition to these areas that he inherited, he bought another small area, where he planted other varieties of coffee. Eduardo is always concerned with sustainable production and preservation of the environment. In addition to being a coffee grower, he is a technician in agriculture and a philosopher.
