History
Mr. Carlos César bought his first farm in 1984 in the municipality of Carmo da Cachoeira in the south of Minas Gerais. At that time the farm had only a small house and some coffee plantations. With the help of her sister Jacinta and her brother-in-law José Eustaquio, who are administrators of the farm, they started new coffee plantations, acquired agricultural machinery, built coffee drying patios, and over time acquired more rural properties around farmhouse Our Nossa Senhora Aparecida. Nowadays, his son Carlos Cesar Filho is also in the administration of the farm and together they are very excited about the production of specialty coffees. Mr. Carlos César has spent his time at the farm and his electrical supplies shop in Três Pontas, but he is more and more enthusiastic about the farm and with the opportunity to seek excellence in the production of specialty coffees.
